With the Oriental Express Sushi Rice and Sushi Kit you can easily create authentic Japanese sushi at home, step by step! Cook the sushi rice and mix it with Blue Dragon Rice Vinegar to give it the characteristic sweet and sour taste. Place a sheet of nori on a Bamboo Mat Oriental Express (or flat surface) and spread the rice on top. Add the ingredients of your choice – such as fish, avocado, cucumber, carrot or Blue Dragon Tofu. Wrap carefully, cut into rolls and serve with soy sauce, wasabi and ginger. Enjoy it with your chopsticks, just like in Japan! For a vegan or vegetarian version, use vegetables, tofu or wakame seaweed instead of fish.
