Instagram Competition Terms and Conditions
- Subject of the Competition The company “FLAVOUR FACTORY SA” (hereinafter the “Promoter”), based in the Industrial Area of Thessaloniki, P.O. Box 1274, announces a competition titled “Instagram Competition – January.” This competition is part of the brand promotion for “ORIENTAL EXPRESS.” The organization and operation of the contest have been undertaken by “VITAMIN MEDIA” on behalf of the Promoter.
- Eligibility and Exclusion Eligible participants are those who follow the instructions provided in the competition’s Instagram post and advertisement. Employees of the Promoter and the Organizing company, as well as their spouses and first-degree relatives, are excluded from participating. Exclusion may occur at any stage, including the prize delivery phase.
- Duration The Competition will run from its publication date on the organizer’s Instagram profile until January 31, when the draw will take place and the winners will be announced. Any entries submitted after this deadline will be considered invalid.
- Participation and Prizes To participate, users must follow the specific instructions on the relevant Instagram post. Three winners will be selected to receive a curated package of Oriental Express products.
- Selection of Winners Winners will be chosen via a random selection application. A “valid entry” is defined as one that:

Is not the product of fraud or technical manipulation.

Fully complies with all terms. The details of the winners will be posted on the organizer’s Instagram profile. Winners must contact the organizer within fifteen (15) calendar days of the announcement to claim their prize; otherwise, the prize will be awarded to the first runner-up.
- Intellectual Property and Personal Data By participating, entrants agree that any intellectual property rights arising from their entry are transferred to the Promoter for promotional use. Participants declare they are over 18 years of age and that their entry does not infringe on the rights of third parties.
- Privacy Statement The Promoter collects personal data (name, email, address, telephone, and social media handle) solely for the purpose of conducting and promoting the competition. Data may be processed by third-party providers acting on behalf of the Promoter. Participants have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data by contacting the Promoter at info@flavour-factory.gr.
- Legal Terms The Promoter reserves the right to modify these terms or withdraw the competition at any time by notifying the public via its website. Participation implies unconditional acceptance of all terms. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, under Greek law.
