Egg Noodles Oriental Express are noodles made from wheat flour and eggs, which gives them a golden color, rich flavor and a more elastic texture than the classic Family Noodles Oriental Express. They can be thin, flat or spiral, depending on their use, and are a staple in many Asian and European recipes. Egg noodles easily absorb sauces and flavors while maintaining their structure during cooking.
The Oriental Express Egg Noodles go great with Asian stir fry, soups and dishes with rich sauces. They combine harmoniously with vegetables such as broccoli, carrots and peppers, as well as chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu.
