Rice Noodles Stir Fry are noodles made from rice flour and water, gluten free. They come in various thicknesses and shapes, from thin for soups and stir fry to wide for various Asian creations. They are one of the most important ingredients in Asian cuisine. Oriental Express Stir – Fry Rice Noodles are quick and easy to prepare and are the perfect choice for a delicious, easy, quick, healthy and light meal.
The preparation is a piece of cake! In a saucepan, boil water, remove from the heat and add the desired amount of noodles. Allow them to soak (2 minutes if you’ll be using them in a stir-fry and 3-4 minutes if you’ll be using them in a salad or as a side dish), stir and rinse immediately with plenty of cold water. Then drain the noodles well and add them to your favorite Asian stir fry recipes, salads, soups, or simply enjoy them as a side dish in a light and healthy meal. They are an ideal alternative to pasta or rice.

The thin rice noodles are light and absorb sauces and flavours beautifully.

They go perfectly with stir fry dishes with vegetables, chicken or shrimp, as they blend harmoniously with sauces such as soy sauce, oyster sauce or teriyaki. They are also excellent for Asian soups like pho or clear broth, where they give a smooth texture without weighing down the dish.

They can even be used in fresh vegetable salads, where they soak up the soy, sesame oil and Blue Dragon rice vinegar dressing beautifully, or as a filling for fresh and fried spring rolls, adding body and balance to the flavours.

The stir fry is a quick and healthy way of cooking that originated in Asian cuisine, especially Chinese cuisine. The method involves frying small pieces of food over a very high heat, stirring constantly in a wok or deep frying pan. The aim is to keep the vegetables crispy and the meat juicy, while absorbing the flavours and sauces used.
The options are endless! You can cook chicken, beef, shrimp or tofu, but also a variety of vegetables such as broccoli, peppers, carrots, mushrooms, peas or bean sprouts. Finally, you can try delicious stir fry recipes with Noodles or rice, which you can add at the end to soak up the sauce.
